In this episode Gina discusses the importance of color in our environment and how it can affect our mind and anxiety.  Gina incorporates some research conducted at the University of British Columbia that indicates blue can help facilitate creative activities while red can enhance activities requiring strong focus and attention to detail.  Green can help enhance alertness and keep one aware for an extended period of time.
